A rather short weekly round-up of local news for 12 – 18 November.

Oxford City FC’s FA Cup replay at home to Tranmere Rovers will be televised. It’s tomorrow (Tuesday 20th) at 7.30pm on BT Sport. I hope it’s showing in the pubs for those who don’t pay for that channel – if you’re not at the match, that is.

The jury in the trial of Dr Anandagopal Srinivasan (see last week’s HH) found him not guilty of an alleged sexual assault at Addenbrookes Hospital, Cambridge, but failed to reach a verdict on the charge relating to the JR Hospital. The case will be heard again at a retrial next year.

Oxford Brookes’ plans to redevelop the Clive Booth student accommodation on Headington Hill are on public display this Thursday 22nd November from 3 – 7pm at the Post-graduate Centre in John Garne Way, Marston.
