With 10 days to go before the consultation period closes on 18 August there are 5 comments on the heatpipe planning application. The comments genarally object to the disruption and query the impact in relation to the Latimer Road student development and Access to Headington. Oxford Furniture @OxFurniture announced that they are closing their shop in Headington on 24 August. They say that having traded for 14 years they can no longer compete against internet sales.
The Iceland shop re-opened after its refurbishment, and @HeadingtonNews reports that Bar Meze has re-opened too.
